Outfit Of The Day

So today I spent some time in Brighton towwwn with my friend Nina and had a little rummage in the shops too see what was still in the sales being poor students, well saying that.. Nina managed to splash out on a Vivienne Westwood shirt and some other bits so she got luckaay today!

So here is what I wore:
Vintage indian patchwork jacket- £10- Charity shop- I love both Indian clothing, indian fabrics, prints, colours, patterns etc and when I saw this in the charity shop I knew it was ment to be. Is quite a big jacket but it looks so good as an oversized fit, yay!
Topshop green crochet dress- £6.50- Charity shop- Was so chuffed when I found this one in the charity shop because 1. I love green 2. I love crochet 3. Perfect to wear this summer to keep me cool in the HOT HOT weather we are GOING to get. (pwease sun)
Topshop jeans- £2- Car boot- Can't go wrong with a pair of skinny/slim fitting jeans in a washed out black tone!
Black Alexa boots- £67.50 (with student discount)- Topshop- I had wanted these boots for ages and as soon as my student loan came through last september I just could not resist, they look perfect with everything I own and can be worn both casually and smartly.
Gorgeous sterling silver rings- Accessorize, carboot, camden and my beautiful nanny
Black hand chain- £1.50- Topshop- It's a really sweet piece and I bought two so I can layer them or even have both my hands matching with jewels!
Silver eye charm hand chain- £1- New look- I don't usually shop in New Look mind, but i've been inspired by Nina with the jewels recently so had to buy this baby at only £1

Hope you like!

However the style of these girlies I am definitely diggin' and I hope you think so too!

(All found on tumblr, as i've said if you know who they belong too please let me know and i'll credit them as i don't want to get into trouble)

Outfit Of The Day

So today I am wearing:
Vintage nautical inspired jeans - Charity shop - £4.99 - Come up high waisted on me which is fab and I love the baggy look, although it makes me look like I have saggy knees. I've never ever liked the nautical style no matter how 'on trend' it may be but today I am clearly down with the nautical.

Barbour/Liberty wax jacket - Ebay - £? - Mum bought this for me as a present for christmas/birthday (can't remember which one, how awful!) BUT it's such a classic piece and I absolutely love it and will keep it forever and coming from a farmer land background it really shows my routes haha

Black suede boots - Urban Outfitters - £10- Absolute bargain!

Blue and white polka dot cardigan - H&M - £9.99- Pretty lil piece which will perk up any outfit.

Vintage netted dress/top - Charity shop - £1- I want to make a pom pom dress out of it soon!

Sheepskin scarf - Carboot - £1- I was so chuffed when I found this beauty and I literally never stop wearing it, gives every outfit I wear a sense of chic!

Hope you will enjoy my outfit posts !
Lotsa love

New blog and shoes, shoes, shoes

From today I am starting a new blog. My first blog i've had for at least 3 years now BUT i've grown up and things have changed and I want a fresh new start, so here it is. I will be trying to post daily instead of every now and then consisting of my outfit of the day, recent buys, uni projects, collaborations and any other interesting excitement related to fashion! haha for now though, i'll leave you with some photos of a lot of new shoes i've bought and been given for christmas.

For christmas dad bought me some leopard print Dr Martens, so chuffed!

Next up, also for christmas my lovely boy friend bought me these amazing leopard print Vans, which also have a thick platform, so beeeautiful!

I was a lil naughty when me and my friends went to London a couple of weeks back because we went into Urban Outfitters and I bought 3 pairs of shoes!! But all were in the sale, so that is my exciting excuse.

These leather and studded wedges were only £20 in Urban Outfitters. So edgy and cool, I haven't ever owned a pair of rocker wedges like this but now I do and they really make any outfit look amazing, very happy!

Flatforms- Wanted a pair for ages and they were only £10 in Urban Outfitters, chuffed didn't even covered it.

Finally in Urban Outfitters I bought these beautiful beautiful suede black boots with the thick platform, for only £10.. I literally couldn't say no! They are so squishy, bouncy and warm, exactly what you want in a pair of shoes, no?

Another trip to London saw me into Rokit on Brick Lane. To find these monsters. A pair of black leather Dr Martens with a short ankle which makes them look really cute and puddy on my feet, again happy bunny! They were £30 BUT i've wanted a pair of chunky black boots like these for ages!

I will be posting again tomorrow, so keep an eye out ;)
